Job Summary

FirstPoint International LTD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Management Consultant to join our growing team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing top talent for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and Identification: Conduct thorough research to identify top college and soccer program matches for our clients, aligning with their academic, athletic, and financial goals.
  • Scholarship Journey Management: Manage all aspects of the scholarship process on behalf of our clients, ensuring a seamless and successful experience.
  • Network Development: Establish and maintain a strong network of college contacts within US collegiate soccer, fostering relationships and staying up-to-date on recruitment needs.
  • Tournament and Event Support: Evaluate and support FirstPoint student-athletes and partner clubs at seasonal tournaments and events, such as MLS NEXT, ECNL, Girls Academy, EDP, USL Academy, and others.
  • Communication and Compliance: Maintain excellent communication with our US college coach network, ensuring compliance and eligibility processes are handled efficiently.
  • College Evaluation Trials: Support the planning, preparation, and implementation of College Evaluation Trials within allocated scouting territory.
  • Presentation and Education: Deliver presentations to players and families, both online and at partner club events, to educate and inform about the college soccer pathway and recruitment process.
  • Collaboration and Development: Collaborate with the Head of College Scouting to ensure top collegiate opportunities are secured for FirstPoint student-athletes, matching their academic, athletic, and financial needs.
  • Target Achievement: Strive to reach and exceed set targets while maintaining quality, contributing to the continued growth and development of our US soccer recruitment.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively liaise with other departments within FirstPoint regarding updates and client advancement through the FirstPoint USA program.
Requirements
  • Experience: Ideal candidates will have experience as an NCAA college coach (Head, Associate, or Assistant) with a collegiate and/or professional playing background and expert knowledge of the college recruitment process.
  • Skills: Well-developed IT skills, covering Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
