About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team in Lincolnshire. As a Carer, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality domestic assistance to older and vulnerable individuals, promoting their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Provide companionship and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with daily living tasks such as food preparation, cleaning, and laundry
  • Offer respite care and provide emotional support when needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A caring and compassionate nature
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £8.44 per hour, plus benefits including:

  • Part-time hours between 09:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday
  • No weekend or bank holiday working required
  • 6 weeks' holiday per year (pro rata)
  • Contributory pension scheme
  • Mileage allowance of 45p per mile
  • Paid travel time
