About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating evidence-based nursing care. They will also assist in managing and organizing nursing work associated with care quality improvement and assurance.
Key Responsibilities- To plan, deliver, and evaluate high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to a group of patients within the specialty of the post.
- To develop the necessary specialty knowledge and skills to be confident in assessing patients' needs and evaluating and amending their care as appropriate, without direct supervision.
