Senior Residential Support Worker Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team at Horizon Care and Education. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with our residents, families, and other professionals to ensure the highest quality of care and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents
- Provide emotional support and guidance to residents
- Collaborate with colleagues and external agencies to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements and Qualifications
- At least one year of experience working in children's residential care
- A level 3 qualification in Children's and Young People's Workforce
- A valid UK driving licence
