Inventory Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Specialist to join our operations team at I Love My Job Ltd. in St Albans. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role, with experience working closely with factories and suppliers, ideally in the Far East, raising and placing purchase orders.
Key Responsibilities- Manage inventory levels and sales performance, making adjustments to forecasts and orders as necessary to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Process supplier invoices and collaborate with the shipping team to ensure timely delivery of all new and repeat orders.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements in stock management and forecasting to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Prepare regular reports on stock levels, forecast accuracy, and inventory turnover to share with management and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in a similar role within a consumer product brand.
- Experience working closely with factories and suppliers, ideally in the Far East, raising and placing POs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 DOE, depending on experience. You will also be part of a dynamic and supportive team, working in a fast-paced environment that offers opportunities for growth and development.
