About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Specialist to join our operations team at I Love My Job Ltd. in St Albans. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role, with experience working closely with factories and suppliers, ideally in the Far East, raising and placing purchase orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory levels and sales performance, making adjustments to forecasts and orders as necessary to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Process supplier invoices and collaborate with the shipping team to ensure timely delivery of all new and repeat orders.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements in stock management and forecasting to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Prepare regular reports on stock levels, forecast accuracy, and inventory turnover to share with management and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a consumer product brand.
  • Experience working closely with factories and suppliers, ideally in the Far East, raising and placing POs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
