Role Summary

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with experience in implementing and supporting ERP systems. As a Senior Supply Chain Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, providing technical support and guidance to colleagues, and identifying areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure NetSuite to meet business requirements
  • Provide technical support and training to colleagues on ERP systems
  • Analyze system performance and identify opportunities for optimization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years' experience in implementing and supporting ERP systems
  • Strong technical skills, including configuration and troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for continuous learning and improvement
