About the Role:

Orona is a leading provider of lift solutions, operating in 100 countries with 3,000,000 lifts worldwide. We are seeking a skilled Lift Service Engineer to join our Service team and train to become a Lift Field Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out regular planned preventative maintenance and service visits, attending lift breakdown callouts, and meeting agreed customer response times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out regular planned preventative maintenance and service visits
  • Attend lift breakdown callouts to carry out minor lift repairs
  • Meet agreed customer response times, building relationships with our clients
  • Provide regular updates to the Service Manager and become an integral part of the regional 24/7 Standby/Callout rota
  • Solve issues across a portfolio of Orona and competitor lifting equipment and carry out basic LG1 examinations
  • Problem solving and working on your own initiative
