**Our Team**

We are seeking an experienced Lift Service Engineer to join our Service team and train to become a Lift Field Technician. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • **Carrying out regular planned preventative maintenance and service visits** to ensure the smooth operation of our lifts and escalators.
  • **Attending lift breakdown callouts** to carry out minor lift repairs and resolve issues promptly.
  • **Meeting agreed customer response times** and building strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction.
  • **Providing regular updates** to the Service Manager and contributing to the regional 24/7 Standby/Callout rota.
  • **Solving issues** across a portfolio of Orona and competitor lifting equipment and carrying out basic LG1 examinations.
  • **Problem solving and working on your own initiative** to resolve complex issues and improve our services.
