A site manager is required to commence on a project in early September to manage a 7 week strip out / fitout project based in the Hartlepool area.
The project involves the refurbishment / upgrade of an existing property, where you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management, including the quality and safe working practices of the sub-contractors on site.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the project from start to finish, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Oversee the quality and safe working practices of sub-contractors on site, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Coordinate and manage the internal reconfiguration / demolition, and full internal fitout to final finishes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and site administration, including programme management and site reports.
- Hold valid SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS certification.
Requirements:
- Ability to work under minimal supervision as a project lead on a fitout project, with experience of providing high quality finishes in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience of delivering similar type fitout projects.
- Comfortable operating with high levels of client interface.
- Strong all-round construction knowledge, including good record / site admin and management of the programme.
- Good level of IT capability.
