Primary School Support Worker

We are seeking an experienced Primary School Support Worker to join our team at a vibrant primary school in Ealing. As a SEN Learning Assistant, you will work closely with children in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, helping them develop confidence and improve their behaviour.
Responsibilities- Support children with special educational needs, particularly those exhibiting challenging behaviours.
- Work on a 1:1 basis or in small groups to help students engage with their learning and manage their emotions.
- Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored educational plans for each child, adapting resources to meet their individual needs.
- Experience working with children, particularly those with SEN, is desirable but not essential.
- A patient, compassionate, and resilient personality.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- A competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum.
