Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated Outreach Tutor to deliver personalized tuition packages to young people without a school placement.
The Opportunity
As an Outreach Tutor, you will create, plan, and deliver tailored lessons to bridge educational gaps and boost engagement and attainment levels. This role requires the ability to work independently and think creatively to meet the unique needs of each student.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 1:1 lesson plans to address individual learning gaps
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
- Build strong relationships with students and their families to ensure a supportive learning environment
Requirements
- Experience working with students with special educational needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
