Outreach Tutor Opportunity
Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated Outreach Tutor to deliver personalized tuition packages to young people without a school placement.
The Opportunity
As an Outreach Tutor, you will create, plan, and deliver tailored lessons to bridge educational gaps and boost engagement and attainment levels. This role requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively to provide high-quality support to students.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 1:1 lesson plans to meet the needs of students
- Provide regular progress updates to students and their families
- Collaborate with Prospero Teaching's team to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Contribute to the development of new programs and initiatives
Requirements
- Experience working with students with special educational needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
