Job Title: Support Worker (PMLD)

Location: South East London

We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker (PMLD) to join our team at a newly established secondary school in Greenwich. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting students with profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD) to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with PMLD on a 1:1 basis, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual support plans, ensuring the needs of each student are met.
  • Work collaboratively with the teaching team to provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Attend to pupils' personal needs, including social health, hygiene, first aid, and welfare.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children with SEN, ideally PMLD.
  • An Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and professional reference checks.
  • CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible.
  • Legal right to work in the UK.

  • A competitive rate of £90-£105 per day.
