Careers Plus is seeking an IT Infrastructure Coordinator to join our team in Edinburgh. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the installation and maintenance of our IT infrastructure.

You will work closely with our technical teams to ensure that all client issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. Previous experience in an MSP environment in a technical support role is essential, with a focus on root cause analysis and conducting ticket reviews.
