Senior Residential Manager

At Park Farm, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our residential care team. The successful candidate will have a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management Children's and Young People, or be willing to work towards it. A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare is also preferred, but not essential.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of working in a residential setting, with a high level of working knowledge of relevant legislation such as the Children's Act and Quality Care Standards. They will also have experience of leading and motivating teams, with the ability to effectively train individuals and groups.

We offer a competitive salary, with options to purchase more, as well as a range of benefits including life assurance, a pension scheme, and the opportunity to earn £1000 by referring a friend. The role will involve working with young people aged 8-18 years with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties, in a caring, structured and homely environment. The successful candidate will be based in the North Aston, Oxfordshire area, and will be required to have a full UK driving licence.

Requirements:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management Children's and Young People (or willingness to work towards)
  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (preferred)
  • Extensive experience of working in a residential setting
  • High level of working knowledge of relevant legislation
  • Experience of leading and motivating teams
  • Ability to effectively train individuals and groups
