At Park Farm, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our residential care team. The successful candidate will have a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management Children's and Young People, or be willing to work towards it. A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare is also preferred, but not essential.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of working in a residential setting, with a high level of working knowledge of relevant legislation such as the Children's Act and Quality Care Standards. They will also have experience of leading and motivating teams, with the ability to effectively train individuals and groups.

Requirements:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management Children's and Young People (or willingness to work towards)

  • Extensive experience of working in a residential setting
  • High level of working knowledge of relevant legislation
  • Experience of leading and motivating teams
  • Ability to effectively train individuals and groups
