Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Specialist Occupational Therapist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients requiring ward-based rehabilitation and assessment for discharge planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat patients requiring ward-based rehabilitation and assessment for discharge planning.
- Provide expert advice and intervention regarding complex manual handling situations.
- Experience of functional assessment and working with people with disabilities/vulnerable people.
- Previous experience working as an Occupational Therapist in the community.
- Experienced Adult Social Care OT required with minimum of 2 years' experience.
- Manual handling experience.
- Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you).
