Business Development Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Sales Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Hiab crane products and services, including spare parts, and providing technical sales support.
Main Responsibilities- Pursue sales leads, visiting existing and new customers to meet sales target levels. Report the activities to CRM.
- Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.
- Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands.
- Prepared to travel within and outside UK.
- Apprenticeship, University degree or vocational qualification / relevant working experience
- Sales experience ideally within the commercial vehicle/ crane industry
- Experience in customer relationship management - CRM
- Experience and knowledge of engineering production
- Proven ability to drive and develop equipment / service sales and profitability
- Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships
- Negotiation and networking skills
- Results driven
- High integrity and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent IT literacy, numeracy and analytical skills
- Driving licence
The estimated salary for this role is around £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
