Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Sales Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Hiab crane products and services, including spare parts, and providing technical sales support.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Pursue sales leads, visiting existing and new customers to meet sales target levels. Report the activities to CRM.
  2. Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.
  3. Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands.
  4. Prepared to travel within and outside UK.
Requirements
  1. Apprenticeship, University degree or vocational qualification / relevant working experience
  2. Sales experience ideally within the commercial vehicle/ crane industry
  3. Experience in customer relationship management - CRM
  4. Experience and knowledge of engineering production
  5. Proven ability to drive and develop equipment / service sales and profitability
  6. Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships
  7. Negotiation and networking skills
  8. Results driven
  9. High integrity and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  10. Excellent IT literacy, numeracy and analytical skills
  11. Driving licence

The estimated salary for this role is around £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
