Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Academic Support Specialist to join our team at a Secondary School in Hammersmith & Fulham. As an experienced Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students’ educational and personal development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing individualized support to students to ensure their academic progress and well-being
  • Collaborating with teachers to develop and implement effective support plans
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and attendance
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and supportive school culture
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - 40,000 per annum, paid on a term-time only basis, allowing for a better work-life balance. You will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to support your career growth.

Location

This role is based in Hammersmith & Fulham, providing easy access to public transport links and amenities.
