Maintenance Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Stirling Warrington. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our heavy engineering equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical and mechanical systems
  • Conduct troubleshooting and fault-finding on electrical and mechanical systems
  • Interrogate and adjust PLC systems using Siemens S7-1200
  • Perform PPMs and other maintenance tasks as required
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve maintenance goals
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience working as a multi-skilled electrically biased maintenance engineer
  • Level 3 qualified in an electrical discipline
  • Experience with bearings, straps, belts, chains, pulleys, etc.
  • Experience with PPMs
  • Troubleshoot and maintain inverters, frequency converters, and other key electrical systems
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics to diagnose faults and identify components
  • Conduct electrical fault finding and testing of AC/DC systems, single-phase, and three-phase power supplies
