The working days are from 6am to 6pm, on a continental shift pattern consisting of 2 days working, 3 days off, 3 days working, 2 days off, etc. There are opportunities to develop and progress within the industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks
* Carry out Fault Clearance and Urgent (FCU) tasks
* Test emergency lighting
* Test fire alarm systems
* Maintain UPS systems
* Manage Building Management Systems (BMS)
* Maintain generators
* Ensure 3-phase power supply
* Maintain Air Handling Units (AHU)
* Maintain water treatment systems

**Requirements:**

* At least 5 years of experience in building maintenance
* City & Guilds level 3 in Electrical installation or equivalent
* 18th edition certification
* Good interpersonal skills and a well-presented appearance, as this is a client-facing role
* Clean Full UK Driving Licence
