Key Responsibilities



  • Serve as a proxy for our firm's fixed income portfolio managers at technical pitches, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Represent our fixed income strategies to external intermediary/wholesale clients, effectively communicating and articulating our investment process and research capabilities.
  • Produce high-quality technical content and thought leadership pieces that showcase our expertise.
  • Develop and own technical marketing material and performance commentaries that align with our business objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth portfolio reviews, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with Portfolio Managers and the Chief Investment Officer on product and investment strategy development.
  • Work seamlessly with sales teams to drive business growth and revenue.

Requirements



  • Hold an undergraduate degree (minimum 2.1) or higher.
  • Possess CFA or Master's certification.
  • Demonstrate fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Bring 7-10+ years of experience within asset management, preferably in an investment or technical distribution role.
  • Showcase 3-5 years of direct experience in a similar investment specialist/client portfolio manager/product specialist role.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of fixed income investments.
  • Possess excellent presentation skills and effective communication abilities, capable of articulating complex investment philosophies.
  • Exhibit a strong business development drive and ability to close deals.

Compensation and Benefits


Based on industry standards and market conditions, we estimate the salary for this position to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
