Support Staff for Special Educational Needs

We are looking for a Support Staff member to join our team in SEN schools based on The Wirral.
About the Role:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with children of varying ages and abilities, providing support to help them achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting teachers with lesson planning and preparation
- Supporting pupils with their educational needs, including reading and numeracy skills
- Supervising and engaging pupils in activities both inside and outside the classroom
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in an educational setting
- An understanding of how to create a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
