We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of electrical systems and equipment across a commercial contract in the Kent area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out electrical preventative maintenance and repairs to ensure compliance with contractual KPIs and SLAs.
  • Perform electrical fault-finding and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues.
  • Conduct lighting maintenance, including lamp changes, ballast changes, and simmtronic/Phillips lighting.
  • Test emergency lighting systems.
  • Work on power distribution systems, including electrical fault-finding and repairs.
  • Carry out small works, including new socket installations, new lighting installations, and new circuit installations.
  • Maintain control panels and transformers.
  • Work on star delta starters and general building maintenance.
  • Assess and respond to helpdesk requests, carrying out repairs as necessary.
Requirements
  • City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 Electrical or equivalent qualification.
  • 18th Edition certification.
  • Good knowledge of electrical services and systems.
  • Ability to obtain a PTS (Personal Track Safety) sentinel card.
  • Sound level of administration and organisational skills.
  • General building maintenance experience.
  • Multi-skilled with the ability to work overtime when required.
