Job Title: Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic psychology graduate to join our team as a teaching assistant. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience working with students with additional learning needs.

About the Role:
  • Support teachers in preparing lesson materials and school equipment
  • Establish trusting relationships with students and adapt teaching styles according to individual needs
  • Work alongside colleagues to provide additional educational support in the classroom
Requirements:
  • BSc Degree in Psychology
  • Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about supporting children with various abilities in a positive education environment
  • Can demonstrate problem-solving skills when facing challenging situations
  • Must have, or be willing to, undergo an enhanced DBS check
  • Committed to ensuring the safeguarding of young people
