Job Title: Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic psychology graduate to join our team as a teaching assistant. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN) and to develop your skills in a supportive and positive education environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist teachers in preparing lesson materials and school equipment
  • Help maintain a safe and positive learning environment
  • Establish trusting relationships with students and adapt teaching styles to meet individual needs
  • Work alongside colleagues to provide additional educational support in the classroom
Requirements:
  • BSc degree in Psychology
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for supporting children with various abilities in a positive education environment
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to challenging situations
  • Enhanced DBS check and commitment to safeguarding young people
