Adult Inpatient Therapy Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated occupational therapist to join our adult inpatient therapy team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for managing your own complex clinical caseload, supporting less experienced staff, and acting as a clinical educator for occupational therapy students.
Main duties of the job- To be involved in the support and supervision of staff at Band 3 to 5 level.
- To act as a clinical educator for undergraduate students within own professional area.
- To receive and deliver internal training and keep your own Personal Development Plans up to date.
- To assist the team with service development initiatives, including implementation of competency frameworks.
- Ability to work independently on own initiative and be accountable for own professional actions
The successful candidate will have substantial and relevant experience of working at Band 5 level, with at least six months experience within specialism underpinned theory and specific therapeutic knowledge.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
