Bar Supervisor Role

De Vere Beaumont Estate is seeking a skilled Bar Supervisor to support our team of Bar Tenders. Our Bar Team plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Bar Team in creating and serving drinks, ensuring high-quality service and a memorable experience for our guests.
  • Work closely with colleagues to develop their skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Maintain the bar area, ensuring it is clean, well-stocked, and welcoming to our guests.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide the team.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service.
