About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Team Leader / Supervisor Level 3 Apprenticeship at Mini Munchkins Montessori Nursery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Nursery Manager in providing strong leadership and guidance to the nursery team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Nursery Manager in providing strong leadership and guidance to the nursery team
  • Take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the nursery in the absence of the Nursery Manager
  • Ensure all activities and routines within the nursery are conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the policies and procedures
  • Monitor the delivery of high-quality childcare, maintaining a nurturing and stimulating environment for children
  • Support staff in creating engaging and inclusive learning experiences that meet individual needs and interests of children

Requirements:

  • You must be able to gain a clear DBS
  • Having GCSE's A*-C in English Language and Maths, or equivalent i.e. functional skills are desired but not essential
  • Level 3 Childcare Qualification is essential when applying for this role

Working Hours:

  • The successful candidate will be required to work 40 hours per week, with shift patterns to be discussed
  • Mini Munchkins Montessori is open from 08:00-18:00
