About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team at Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a Paediatric Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing holistic care to children and young people who require extra support to develop the skills needed to succeed in the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide safe and supportive environments for patients to reach their goals
  • Use clinical expertise and judgement to provide evidence-based care planning
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with patients, families, and colleagues

Requirements

  • Recognised Therapy Degree Qualification or equivalent
  • Health and Care Professions Council - Licence to Practice
  • Registered Member of professional body
  • Minimum of 5 years paediatric experience
  • Experience of providing line supervision and/or clinical supervision
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practice and ability to implement in clinical practice
