About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Industrial team in Dudley. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for proactively searching, attracting, and short-listing candidates using various tools and online job boards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Write, place, and update job adverts, monitor and process applications and responses efficiently
  • Initiate and manage candidate relationships, understanding their requirements and needs
  • Determine suitability and quality of candidates by adopting an efficient and effective screening process
  • Pro-actively identify, chase, and progress new business opportunities and build relationships with clients
  • Affectively manage client and candidate relationships
  • Assist with Payroll and Worker Compliance
  • Work towards set targets, deadlines, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Maintenance of various databases, including adding new candidates and CV entry
  • Other general and administration duties as required
Requirements
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to lead by example and self-motivate
  • Passion and desire to succeed
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must have Driving License and own transport for this role
