As a Creative Retail Specialist, you will play a key role in driving sales through engaging customer experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established Australian retailer and contribute to the growth of iconic menswear and womenswear brands.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team in Malvern, Victoria. You will be responsible for developing visual merchandising strategies, creating window display concepts, and designing floor plans to optimize the shopping experience.

  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with our brand identity and product offerings.
  • Create window display concepts that reflect marketing and seasonal product initiatives.
  • Design floor plans and product flow to maximize sales potential and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent communication skills, and experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Excel, and Microsoft Office. A current driver's license and vehicle are also required.

This role offers a competitive salary of approximately $90,000 per annum, plus benefits including 50% clothing discount off all our brands, free onsite parking, and opportunities to attend social events and conferences.
