We are seeking a highly skilled Operative to join our team at Gilbert Meher Ltd, a leading manufacturer in the industry. This role involves working on both chemical and packaging lines, where you will be an essential part of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and set up machinery on both chemical and packaging lines.
- Perform machine changeovers to ensure smooth transitions between production runs.
- Conduct light maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently.
- Work as an operative, ensuring high standards of production quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly on chemical and packaging lines.
- Ability to set up and adjust machinery as needed.
- Basic maintenance skills to ensure the continued smooth operation of equipment.
- A hands-on approach and the ability to work effectively within a team.

- A competitive salary of £28,000 per annum.
