Job Title: Transport Coordinator/Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Transport Coordinator/Consultant to join our team at Prestige Recruitment Specialists Limited. As a key member of our Transport and Warehousing department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attract and register candidates through various channels, including jobsites, social media, and leaflet campaigns.
  • Ensure candidates are fully compliant and meet the requirements of our clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing exceptional customer service and sales support.
  • Attend meetings and networking events to grow sales and expand our client base.
  • Manage and maintain pools of labour to provide a fast and efficient service, ensuring 100% fulfilment for clients' requirements.
  • Handle enquiries from current and prospective clients and candidates, providing timely and effective solutions.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a sales/customer service background or previously in the transport or warehousing industry (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong and friendly personality, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Conscientious, passionate, and driven, with excellent communication skills.
  • High level of spoken and written English, with proficiency in IT, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Full driving licence and own vehicle (preferred).
