About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Transport Coordinator/Consultant to join our team at Prestige Recruitment Specialists. As a key member of our Transport and Warehousing department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and business development skills to our clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Candidate attraction and registration through various channels, including jobsites and social media.
  • Interviewing and onboarding candidates, ensuring they meet our high standards.
  • Servicing our client base and building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
  • Customer service and business development, attending meetings and growing sales.
  • Creating and managing pools of labour to provide a fast and efficient service to our clients.
  • Attending networking events and recruitment fairs to promote our services.
  • Working to achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI and financial targets.
  • Handling enquiries from current and prospective clients and candidates.
Requirements
  • Experience in a sales/customer service background or previously in the transport or warehousing industry.
  • A strong and friendly personality, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Conscientious, passionate, and driven, with excellent communication skills.
  • A high level of spoken and written English, with proficiency in IT, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • A full, clean driving licence and a reliable vehicle.
