Job Title: Senior Commercial Contracts and Procurement Solicitor

Service Care Solutions - Legal is seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Contracts and Procurement Solicitor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your experience in the legal field and progress in your career.

About the Role:

We are looking for a qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive with experience in Contract and Procurement Law to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial objectives, business operations, and how legal issues affect business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage procurement strategies, including competitive tendering, vendor selection, and contract award processes.
  • Provide advice and support on dispute resolution processes, including contractual disputes, procurement challenges, and breach of contract claims.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including supply contracts, service agreements, partnership agreements, licensing agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
Requirements:
  • 3 years PQE in Commercial Contracts and Procurement Law.
  • Strong understanding of commercial objectives, business operations, and how legal issues affect business outcomes.
