Senior Risk Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Risk Manager to join our team at CBC Resourcing Solutions. As a Senior Risk Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals and overseeing the management of risk across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze data on low, medium, and high-risk customers and review the accuracy of automated scorecards.
  • Analyze monthly reports and prepare for departmental meetings, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Participate in credit review meetings with senior leadership, providing expert analysis and guidance on credit assessment and risk management.
  • Manage data on credit exposure levels and ensure regular meetings are held with credit and senior credit underwriters to discuss risk mitigation strategies.
  • Produce reports and approval requests for the board, including analysis and commentary on risk management and credit assessment.
  • Manage feedback from other departments and take action to address any concerns or issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand business needs and develop strategies to achieve risk management goals.
