Key Responsibilities

Our Support Services Manager will be responsible for providing support to the Accommodation Team Manager in continuous improvement to practice and the delivery of a high-quality service. This includes providing specialist housing advice and guidance to participants, as well as developing high-quality practice among the team through observing and auditing practice, and providing coaching and mentoring workshops.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for building and maintaining effective working relationships with all stakeholders, including participants, employees, and external agencies. They will need to have strong organizational skills and be able to meet deadlines, as well as experience or knowledge of housing legislation and options.
