Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and experienced Head Waiter to lead our hospitality team. As a Head Waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of waiters and waitresses to provide exceptional service to members and guests
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and attentive service
  • Manage table allocations and ensure efficient service delivery
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery
