Job Description

As a Data Centre ICT Shift Technician, your primary responsibility will be to diagnose and repair issues with server, storage, and network devices. This will involve working closely with other teams to identify and resolve complex technical problems.

You will also be responsible for participating in data centre power and cooling events, as well as collaborating with colleagues to develop and maintain documentation on the technologies we support.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
