Job Role: Financial Analyst Intern

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst Intern to join our team at Bosch. As a Financial Analyst Intern, you will be responsible for managing 3rd party billing, preparing reconciliations, and investigating reconciling items for closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of 3rd party billing in line with established processes.
  • Preparation of reconciliations and investigation of reconciling items for closure.
  • Manage the signatories' process for payment authorisation.
  • Accounts Payable liaison between Shared Service Centre and Vendors.
  • Conclude escalation queries for AP raised by Global Shared Service Centres (Bangalore and Romania).
  • Daily management of interface and relationships between GSA.
  • Professional fees analysis.
  • RBIE (Ireland) contact for expenses and Account Payable (AP).
  • Completion of National Statistics returns.

Requirements:

  • Studying for an Finance or Accounting undergraduate or Masters degree and required to take a placement as part of your course.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Eye for detail and ability to prioritise workload accordingly to meet targets.
  • Proactive and positive attitude, with good organisational skills.
  • Good communicator who is clear and able to communicate at all levels.
