Key Responsibilities
  • Property Agency: Conduct market research, prepare marketing reports, and negotiate sales agreements.
  • Valuations: Provide accurate Red Book valuations for various properties.
  • RPA: Assist with BPS applications, CSS, and other grant applications.
  • Management: Oversee land held under FBTs, GK agreements, and Contract Farming arrangements.
  • Planning: Submit planning applications and provide advice on development options.
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive basic salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus car allowance, mobile phone allowance, life assurance, enhanced annual leave, birthday off, pension plan, health & wellbeing programme, and free parking.
