Learning Coach

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Learning Coach to join our team at The Olive School, Preston. As a Learning Coach, you will play a vital role in providing tailored support to our pupils, helping them to succeed and reach their full potential.
As a member of our team, you will be committed to making a positive difference in the lives of our young people. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective learning strategies, and provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils who require additional help.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about education and has a strong commitment to supporting the learning and development of our pupils. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to build strong relationships with pupils, teachers, and other staff members.

What We're Looking For- NVQ Level 2 Teaching Assistant or equivalent
- Experience of working with children in a school setting
- Experience of using assessments within a Primary School
- Ability to work one-to-one, in small groups, and with whole classes
- Ability to contribute effectively to teachers' planning and preparation of lessons
