We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Learning Coach to join our team at The Olive School, Preston. As a Learning Coach, you will play a vital role in providing tailored support to our pupils, helping them to succeed and reach their full potential.
As a member of our team, you will be committed to making a positive difference in the lives of our young people. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective learning strategies, ensuring that our pupils receive the best possible education.
Key Responsibilities- Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their academic goals.

- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting the well-being and success of all pupils.
- Collaborate with other support staff to ensure that our pupils receive comprehensive support and guidance.
