Behaviour Support Specialist for Young People with SEND

You will have experience of working with a range of young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). This role requires an understanding of behaviour support, positive and proactive working, and the ability to demonstrate being dynamic, compassionate, and able to support young people with their behaviour.
About the RoleThis post involves supporting young people with SEND in a dynamic and compassionate manner. As Behaviour Mentor, you will bring your expertise in behaviour support and work collaboratively with the team to create a positive and proactive environment.
In this role, you will be self-motivated, able to work independently, and prioritise your workload effectively. You will also be expected to work closely with the team to ensure the best possible outcomes for the young people in our care.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting young people with SEND in a behaviourally supportive manner.
- Working collaboratively with the team to create a positive and proactive environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Experience of working with young people with SEND.
- A deep understanding of behaviour support and positive working practices.
- The ability to demonstrate being dynamic, compassionate, and able to support young people with their behaviour.
