Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Disability and Dyslexia Service Adviser. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers, colleagues, and contractors on our railway stations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional front-line customer service, responding to customer needs and ensuring a positive experience for all.
- Dispatch and Safety: Ensure the safe and punctual departure of trains from the station, following correct dispatch procedures and prioritizing the safety of customers, staff, visitors, and contractors.
- Communication and Collaboration: Liaise with other key departments to ensure accurate and timely information is provided to customers, particularly during service disruptions.
Working Pattern: This role requires shift working, including weekends and bank holidays, on a rolling roster pattern covering 24 hours, 7 days a week.
