We are seeking an experienced Onboarding Specialist to join our team at Totum Partners.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective onboarding strategies to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with recruitment, operations, and other teams to manage onboarding processes and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Initiate pre-engagement screening checks and address discrepancies to minimize delays in start dates.
  • Enter data into HR systems accurately and consistently, ensuring compliance with data protection guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Proven knowledge of human resource and pre-engagement fundamentals, with a focus on onboarding.
