Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, ensuring excellent communication and customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers, instilling confidence in our ability to deliver exceptional service.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to increase customer loyalty and reduce churn.
- Communicate effectively with customers, presenting and discussing account information in a clear and concise manner.
- Confidently handle customer escalations, manage objections, and take ownership to achieve full resolution.
- Deliver against key business objectives, business service level agreements, and individual key performance indicators.
Requirements:
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating dedication and ownership.
- Previous experience in a telecommunications-based company or role is desirable.
- Ability to understand, analyze, and interpret data.
- Take ownership of issues and follow through to a satisfactory conclusion.

- Competent with all Microsoft packages.
