We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team at Taylor Hawkes Ltd. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial support and guidance to ensure the company's financial performance aligns with its business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage financial performance of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor and control cash flow, including cost and revenue items, through ongoing valuations and reconciliations.
- Assist with the month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparing invoicing, credit notes, accruals, prepayments, and deferred income.
- Support the accuracy and integrity of financial records, including maintaining the general ledger, reconciling accounts, and overseeing intercompany transactions.
- Check and submit VAT returns quarterly and CIS returns as required.
Requirements:
- Strong financial management and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems.
