Area Care Manager

We are seeking an experienced Area Care Manager to join our team at Helping Hands. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our care services in your designated area.
Main Responsibilities- Lead by example and foster excellent working relationships with our team members, ensuring that our values are upheld and our customers receive the highest standard of care.
- Monitor and report on performance across your area, identifying areas for improvement and implementing plans to address them.
- Deliver exceptional customer service standards, ensuring that our customers and carers receive the best possible experience.
- Ensure 100% compliance across our services, monitoring and auditing performance to maintain the highest standards.
- Provide regular performance updates to our Regional Care Director, highlighting areas of success and opportunities for growth.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have significant experience in the care industry, with a proven track record of managing large teams and driving improvement. You will also need excellent communication skills, with the ability to negotiate, influence, and implement change.
