Area Care Manager

We are seeking an experienced Area Care Manager to join our team at Helping Hands. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branches and live-in care service in your locality.
Main Responsibilities- Lead by example and foster excellent working relationships with our team, ensuring that our values are delivered in a professional manner.
- Manage, report, and monitor performance within your branches and live-in care service, identifying areas for improvement and implementing plans to address them.
- Deliver exceptional customer service standards across the area, ensuring that our customers and carers receive the highest level of care and support.
- Monitor and audit performance across your area to maintain 100% compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide regular performance updates to the Regional Care Director, highlighting areas of underperformance and opportunities for growth.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in managing multiple sites within the care industry. You should have a good understanding of CQC/CIW guidance and excellent communication skills, with the ability to negotiate, influence, and implement change.
